We have a basement studio apartment available for rent. Full kitchen, bath and laundry included on basement level (laundry would be the only thing shared). There is a heavy door to separate the space for privacy. We do have two young kiddos so there would be some ambient noise upstairs. Furnishings include a TV, oversized couch, beanbag and countertop bar with stools, so you don’t need a table (in case you don’t have one:)
$650 per month which includes all utilities and WiFi. We live in Laporte about ten minutes from Old Town Fort Collins. Please reply to the thread if interested!

God BlessHi Abbi, I am writing on behalf of a student of mine who is finding herself as a short term housing crisis. 650 might be out of her budget but I was curious if you had rented this and if you’d be willing to exchange massages for part of the rent? She also has a short bus that she lives in up in the mountains she just relocated down here to go to school. She’s considering bringing the bus down and would need a place to park it so I’m throwing that out there till she’s completely off grid.

Not sure if this space is still available, but I am looking for a space to rent that would possibly be temporary. I’ve been trying to buy a property in Fort Collins and my current lease is over July 31, with no option of renewal. I am still looking to buy, but I may need to rent for a little while before I find a place to purchase.
